Welcome to our supper swap for busy moms, where each member prepares just one recipe and prepares it for each swapper in the group. On swap day, swappers receive one frozen meal from each member.
Homemade meals in the freezer help get families back to the dinner table and provide smiles for busy moms.

3 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed and discarded, remaining bread cut into ½ inch pieces (about 2 cup) 1/2 cup milk 3 lbs lean ground beef 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 4 large garlic cloves, very finely minced
Place bread in small bowl, add milk, and let mixture sit until saturated, about 5 min. Using fork, mash bread and milk until it forms smooth paste. Break up beef into small pieces in medium bowl, Season with salt and pepper, then add garlic and bread paste. Mix well. Place in labeled gallon freezer bag. Freeze flat.
Ultimate Steakhouse Burgers Thaw. Form into burger patties. Oil cooking grate and grill burgers over very hot fire, without pressing down on them, until well seared on both sides, 7 to 10 minutes. Alternately, these can be broiled or done on the stovetop.
1/4 cup Homemade Gourmet cilantro citrus seasoning mix 1 cup chicken broth 2.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mix the seasoning and broth well, add the chicken breasts, mix again, and freeze.
To serve, defrost the chicken in the refrigerator, letting it marinate in the seasoning mix. Broil or grill the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the juices run clear.
This chicken is good when sliced and served in a grilled sandwich.
Popular Beef Serving Day Instructions: Thaw. Preheat oven to 350. Cook 8 oz pasta according to package directions and drain. While pasta is hot, mix it in to the cheese mixture in a medium bowl. Spread the pasta and cheese on the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Top with the meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Cook and drain ground beef. Add soup, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and oatmeal. Cook over low heat, stirring until well combined and heated through (about 5-8 minutes). Cool. Pour mixture into freezer bags. Seal, label, and freeze flat. Bring package of 12 buns for each person on the day of the swap.
Little League Beef Burgers Serving Directions: To serve, thaw and reheat until hot. Serve on hamburger buns. (Can be thawed in microwave.)

Popular (Poppy) Beef

1 lb ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped onion
15 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz spaghetti, linguine or other pasta (get what is inexpensive--can be more than 8 oz)
Cooking Day Directions:
Sauté the beef with salt and onion in a large skillet on medium heat until the beef is no longer pink, about 15 minutes. Add tomato sauce and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, except pasta. Freeze each of the two mixtures in baggies. Put all together in a gallon bag freezer bag. Label and freeze flat. Be sure to bring the pasta on swap day.
