Thaw. Form into burger patties. Oil cooking grate and grill burgers over very hot fire, without pressing down on them, until well seared on both sides, 7 to 10 minutes. Alternately, these can be broiled or done on the stovetop.

  3. Sweet and Spicy Chicken Breasts

3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package of Good Seasons dry Zesty Italian dressing mix
    1 cup brown sugar

Mix brown sugar and dressing mix together and put in a baggie. Include baggie, instructions, and a bag of frozen chicken breasts on swap day.

Serving Day: Partially or completely thaw the chicken breasts in a bowl of cold water. This also helps to wash the glaze off the quick-frozen breasts and makes for a better result.
Line a 9×13″ baking dish with foil. Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Top with Italian dressing mix and brown sugar. Bake at 350* for about 35-45 minutes.

Optional: After baking, turn on broiler and broil the chicken until the juices in the bottom of the pan start to bubble. This allows the sugars to caramelize and glazes the chicken.
